About Me
I started in the Information Technology (IT) industry at age 19 as a college intern (back when I had hair!), and I've been a continual learner ever since. I have worked across a very broad range of technologies in my 30+ year career, including Data Networking, Voice over IP (VoIP), HD Video, Unified Communications as a service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Quality Management, Workforce Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Sustainable Business Practices (People, Profit, and Planet).
